Commission Requests

The Process
· Email me at celfagati@gmail.com with as much detail as you can about the commission. Include photos and references if possible.
· I will respond within 1 business day. We will discuss your idea, colours, size options, budget, etc., and once we settle on all the details, I will send a contract and invoice for payment.
· Once full payment is made, I place your project in my work queue. I will let you know how many projects are in front of you and estimate how long it will be before I get to yours.
· When I get to your project, I will draw up the first draft, and email you photos for approval. This is the stage that we can make as many changes as necessary at no extra cost to ensure the final piece is what you expect.
· Once approved, I’ll begin the project. I will be in touch throughout the process to update you on the progress. Changes at this stage will only be made after additional payments have been made as outlined in the commission contract.
· When finished, I will email you again with several photos and send it tracked via Royal Mail.

Paintings and Drawings
The standard sizes I use are as follows:

4" x 6" 5" x 7" 6" x 8" 8" x 10" 10" x 12"

For painting and drawing, I'm happy to accommodate other size requests.

Embroidery, Needlefelt, and Applique
The standard circular hoop sizes I use are as follows:

4" 6" 8" 10"

The Work Queue
At busier times, there may be a longer wait for your commission, and I email regular updates to those already in my work queue. I will do my best to try and have your project ready by a certain date, however this is not always possible. This is all discussed in our initial emails, before you commit to buy.

Refunds & Returns on custom orders
· A full refund can be given before I start the first draft of the design.
· A partial refund can be given before the final approval to start the project. I retain up to £50 to cover my time planning and designing.
· Important: Refunds will not be given once the final approval to start the project has been made.
· Returns are not accepted on custom orders.
